Automated Material Loading Sys
Added in 2005,
the river system allows us to organize all
of our material as opposed to stacking it on
the floor and wasting factory space.
With the River System, we no longer have to
search through piles of material. We can get
what we need within seconds by a few clicks
of a mouse.

Laser
Cutting Department
Added in 2003, Our Amada Gemini 4000W Flying
Optics Laser Cutting System represents the
next evolutionary step in laser processing.
Not only is the base machine fast in its own
right, but the automation capabilities boost
productivity to unprecedented levels. We can
cut up to 3/4" on steel & up to 1/2" on
aluminum & stainless.

Laser
Cutting Department
Our Mazak NXT 48 (1000 Watt) Champion Laser
has been a true workhorse for us. Used
generally for our smaller sheet runs, the
champion can cut up to 1/8" aluminum, 3/8"
steel, and 1/4" stainless.

Press Department
We currently run TWO 58 Station 33 Ton Amada
Pega 357 Turret Punch Presses With Auto
Indexing Stations. These machines are
capable of punching sheets (Metals or
Plastics) up to 1/4" thick. We currently
have over $100,000.00 in tooling for these
machines.

Department
We currently run three different Amada press
brakes daily ranging from 50 to 220 metric
tons capacity. Our Forming Department is
responsible for bending all parts precisely
to the specifications provided to us by our
customers.

We have a 30,000 square foot area devoted to
mig, tig, spot and stud welding. Our welding
department can produce parts in nearly every
material, including mild steel, stainless

gage materials, we have qualified personnel
to ensure quality workmanship.
